Baby that is constantly in GI distress? During these 1 hour initial virtual sessions with 30 min follow ups, we work through the nutritional problems you or your child are facing.

Nutrition Coaching
Tried all the quick fix diets, meal plans that don’t include the foods you love to redundant lists of what foods to “avoid” like pizza and ice cream…Let’s ditch the diet so you can ACTUALLY lose the weight. OR have you reached your goal weight and still aren’t happy with your results?

Dietitian vs Nutritionist
What's the difference?
Anyone can call themselves a "nutritionist", but only an RD or RDN has completed multiple layers of education and training established by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics.
All RDs or RDNs must;
-
Get a four-year degree which includes a specially designed, accredited nutrition curriculum.
-
Complete an extensive supervised program of practice at a health care facility, foodservice organization, or community agency.
-
Pass a rigorous registration exam.
-
Maintain continuing education credits throughout their career.

Discuss
The dietitian will take time to familiarize themselves with your medical history and eating habits in order to build a successful nutrition plan and make realistic goals.
Set Goals
Each week you will be given a protocol and small goals to help you get where you want to be.
Healthy Diet
Completely overhauling your diet isn't sustainable, instead I focus on small improvements that can be made each week.
Activity
Walking is one of the most underrated forms of exercise. I will give you a step goal to reach each day to help keep you active!
You have persevered and have endured hardships for my name, and have not grown weary.
